The purchase also includes company shares representing approximately 100–120 hectares within the wider conservation area.
- Permanent recreational access to almost 3,000 hectares
- Conservation easement protects the majority of the reserve
- Development is restricted to the designated areas
- Different lots offer lagoon, river, forest and mountain settings
Included services
- Subterranean electricity connection
- Access to clean mountain spring water
- Road and air access despite the wilderness setting
- Experienced local management
Recreation and lifestyle

- Kayaking and wilderness exploration
- An international owner community is developing
Tourism infrastructure
Existing tourism infrastructure is available to purchase separately, including several yurts, a large quincho with kitchen, direct river access, a riverside hot tub and tourism equipment.
Due diligence and management
The original US-based conservation trust spent several years investigating the region and completing due diligence on the properties. Buyers should independently verify title, boundaries, building permissions, company-share arrangements and all contractual terms before purchase.
